 To conclude, Iran government should cease to censor the internet. "The more people question, the more will be censored" is not the ideal, it makes people not to be able to express ideas, socially economically creates obstacles. As we've seen various examples 

from other country, and facts about it, we can see that Iran's censorship is not for people, but for only the nation itself. Thus for building more flexible easy-to-communicate between people and country trends, Iran needs to cease that censorship and compromise with its people.
